You will enjoy specialties from our farm animals, blood, liver and pork sausages, gnagi, bacon, chops, Geschnetzeltes and Leberli. Combined with homemade side dishes such as Rösti, sauerkraut, dried beans and apple pieces. Our homemade dessert buffet rounds off the evening.

In addition to organising events, we are active in milk production and sell home-made and regional products in our farm shop. This also includes the eggs from our laying hens and the homemade Schlattgut ice cream.
"Feeling at home" is our guiding principle. Whether visitors, animals or employees, everyone should feel comfortable and secure at the Schlattgut. We are passionate about this every day.

Strawberry ice cream that doesn't taste like strawberries. Vanilla ice cream without vanilla and eggs: you definitely won't find that here at Schlattgut. With Rosa's own milk, Henriette's fresh eggs and juicy berries from the field, we produce our very own refreshing ice cream creations. Whether vanilla, mocha, coconut, sour cream or apricot and rhubarb sorbet in season: we are sure you will find all your own favourite flavours in our farm shop.our ice cream offer
